Shipping & Delivery
CURBSIDE PICK-UP
Curbside pick-up option is available at check-out for local orders. Customers will be notified via email once their order has been processed and packaged. Customers are required to present one piece of government issued photo I.D. and the card used for payment to verify identity (identification must match the name on the billing address as well as the customer picking up).
Curbside Pick-up Hours: Monday to Saturday, 12-6PM.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders are shipped Monday - Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Orders are shipped via tracked Canada Post (local), UPS, and DHL services. All orders are subject to import duties and taxes determined by your local customs agency. Customers are responsible for all incurred customs, duties and fees.
Our team is available Monday to Friday from 12-6PM to process your orders and answer any questions you may have (email us at info@nomadshop.net). Please allow for up to 1 business day for follow-up.
SECURITY
All orders undergo third party security screening and will be shipped out upon approval. Unapproved orders will be cancelled and refunded.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS
If your order hasn’t been shipped, we can modify or change your order. Please contact us immediately via email or you can contact us by emailing order@nomadshop.net and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
