EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

 

Items purchased at regular price may be exchanged for a different item(s) or returned for store credit within 7 days from purchase (in-store) or receipt of your order (shipped/in-store pick-up). All items are inspected prior to shipping and must be returned in new and unworn condition with the original tags. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED, please contact us at info@nomadshop.net prior to purchasing if you have any questions. 

 

If your order is eligible to be returned for store credit or exchange, please email us at order@nomadshop.net prior to shipping your order back to receive a Return Authorization number. The customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs (items that are exchanged are not eligible for free shipping).Items sent without a Return Authorization number will be refused at the customer’s expense. Shipping fees are not refundable.

We do not offer price adjustments to reflect current discounts or promotions. Additionally, we do not offer price matching.

All discounted/promotion and Launch items are FINAL SALE.

 

IN-STORE PICK UP

All orders with the Pick Up delivery method are FINAL SALE if the item hasn't been picked up within 7 days from the date the order is ready for pick up. Please contact us at order@nomadshop.net if you need to arrange for an extended pick up timeframe.  

 

 

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

Customers who decide to refuse their order upon delivery are responsible for the cost of returning the shipment to NOMAD (return shipping, unpaid duties). All return costs will be deducted from the order total upon refund.
