EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

 

Items purchased at regular price may be exchanged for a different item(s) or returned for store credit within 7 days of receipt of your order. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED, please contact us at info@nomadshop.net prior to purchasing if you have any questions. All items are inspected prior to shipping and must be returned in new and unworn condition with original tags. Please email us at order@nomadshop.net before sending your order to receive a Return Authorization number. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Items sent without a Return Authorization number will be refused at the customer’s expense. Shipping fees are not refundable.

All discounted/promotion and Launch items are FINAL SALE.

 

IN-STORE PICK UP

All orders with the Pick Up delivery method are FINAL SALE if the item hasn't been picked up within 7 days from the date the order is ready for pick up. Please contact us at order@nomadshop.net if you need to arrange for an extended pick up timeframe.  

 

 

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

Customers who decide to refuse their order upon delivery are responsible for the cost of returning the shipment to NOMAD (return shipping, unpaid duties). All return costs will be deducted from the order total upon refund.
