STORE/EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
Items purchased at regular price may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days from purchase (purchased in-store) or delivery of your order (purchased online). All items are inspected prior to shipping and must be returned in new and unworn condition with the original tags. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to purchasing if you have any questions.
If your order is eligible to be returned for store credit or exchange, please email us at email@example.com prior to shipping your order back to receive a Return Authorization number. The customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs (exchanged items are not eligible for free shipping and customers will be invoiced for shipping of the new item. Please note exchange shipping costs differ from our listed complimentary rates). Items sent without a Return Authorization number will be refused at the customer’s expense. Shipping fees are not refundable.
We do not offer price adjustments to reflect current discounts/promotions or price matching.
All discounted/sale, fragrance/candles, and Launch items are FINAL SALE.
IN-STORE PICK UP
All orders with the Local Pickup delivery method are FINAL SALE if the item hasn't been picked up within 7 days from the date the order is ready for pick up. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to arrange for an extended pick up window.
RESTOCKING FEE/REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Cancelled orders or refused shipments will be subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to any shipping charges associated with the order. Bot and proxy server orders will be subject to the 20% restocking fee (bot and proxy server orders include; but are not limited to, sequential orders placed in rapid succession and/or in violation of the Release Policy/Terms of Sale).
Orders that are ineligible for purchase/shipping outside of Canada are subject to the 20% restocking fee when cancelled.
