Blurring the lines between music, art and fashion Raf Simons and A$AP Rocky are continuing their mutual respect for each other's cultural influence with Simons' using the "RAF" music video as the homepage for his website.

Their relationship began to form when Rocky immortalized Simons on his 2011 track "Peso" with the line: "I gets get the freshest / Raf Simons, Rick Owens usually what I'm dressed in."

Fast forward to July 2017 and we have the culmination of the pair's influence coming full circle with the track "RAF" being released via Frank Ocean's blonded radio program on Apple Music. Of course this was a perfect opportunity for Rocky's creative team AWGE to produce some visuals. The video takes direct influence from Simons' early presentations - notably the overall lookbook video from the namesake label's FW 1995 innaugral collection and the red road flare from the SS 2002 runway show.

We can see some SS17 pieces in the video such as the Tapered Fit Denim and Raf Simons x Robert Mapplethorpe Alistair Butler Oversized Button-Up Shirt worn by Playboi Carti. Most of the other pieces seen on Rocky, Quavo and the models are archival from past collections used c/o grailed.

We are excited to see what this relationship will develop into next.
