1) ONLINE: The form below is a raffle to purchase the Off-White Dunk Low University Gold/Midnight Navy (CT0856-700), University Red/University Red (CT0856-600), and White/Pine Green (CT0856-100). The online raffle is open from Tuesday, December 17, 2019 until 3:00PM (EST) Thursday, December 19, 2019. Winners will be contacted via phone on Friday, December 20, 2019 to arrange for local pick-up only. Please arrive with one (1) piece of government issued photo I.D. matching the name on the entry. Limit one (1) pair per customer. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Unclaimed pairs will be re-raffled at a later date.
